Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging, suitable for resale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please contact us before returning any item to receive proper return instructions.
💰 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
